MRH Electrical offer a variety of LED lighting solutions for the home.
LED light strips can be fitted to virtually any area in the house, for example : under kitchen cupboards and islands, around ceiling clouds, under shelves, to surround a TV, in the bathroom or pretty much anywhere you would like to have them fitted.
LED lights are becoming extremely popular and with their impressive credentials it’s easy to see why. LED lights are the most energy-efficient option for domestic customers, boasting an average lifespan of 25,000 hours (25 years) and consuming 50-90% less energy than all other types of light bulb. A single LED bulb is more expensive to buy than a halogen bulb, but its increased energy efficiency and lifespan means it will save you more money over time.
If you live in an older property or you have an outdated electrical wiring system in your home, it’s likely to be time for a fuse board upgrade.
Here at MRH Electrical, Mark, our fully qualified approved electrician is very experienced in fuse board upgrades & replacements. He will be able to either upgrade your current fuse box or simply replace it with a new one, to provide you with a safer electrical infrastructure.
We regularly wall-mount TVs and sounds bars of all sizes for our clients and offer hidden cabling options. TVs can be mounted above fireplaces or on plain walls. We can also install LED tape around your TV giving it that extra wow factor.
Mark can install all types of electrical heating systems including storage heating, central heating, underfloor heating and boiler electrics.
In the event of a problem with your electrical components, MRH Electrical will find and fix the fault with minimal fuss for you.

Kitchens
MRH Electrical can carry out all electrical work in your kitchen. We will install lighting, new sockets, cookers, cooker hoods, extractor fans and any other electrical item to the full electrical installation of a new kitchen.
Today a kitchen is not just a working area to prepare food it is the centrepiece of the home – a family gathering area, dining area, chill out zone and entertaining guests area. Each of these areas may require a different type of lighting – the brightness you need to cook, gentle ambient lighting for a family meal, or set the mood for a party. You can add under the counter lighting, accent lighting over the kitchen island or dining table and floor lighting around plinths or pelmets. Hidden recessed LED light strips can be used to highlight the design of your kitchen. These LEDs are popular in cloud ceilings above the kitchen island or underneath your kitchen worktops.
Bathrooms
Mark can carry out all electrical work in your bathroom. He can install spot lights, LED lighting, electric showers, fans, shaving sockets, heated mirrors, underfloor heating and even waterproof TVs and speakers.
Your bathroom serves many purposes, and its lighting does as well. Specialised bathroom lighting can create a bathroom environment that is bright enough for getting ready in or soft enough for relaxation. Lighting in bathrooms has to be given special consideration due to the steam and wet areas. Regulations require lights with built in protection against water ingress be installed.
External Lighting
Whether you are looking to add lighting for security purposes, to create an effective lighting display to transform your garden at night, highlight a walkway, enhance your decking area or perhaps you need an outside socket for your lawnmower or power to a hot tub then MRH Electrical can help.
